Park City Brewing opens in Kimball Junction
PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Brewing‘s new location in Kimball Junction is opening on Wednesday under new local ownership.
The brewpub is located in between Park City Coffee Roasters and Thai So Good.
General Manager Elias Fairman called it a soft opening, as they plan to expand their menu in the coming months.
Along with beers, they will offer wine, cocktails, and food.
Fairman said their goal is to create quality beers for locals, by locals.
During the soft opening, the hours will be 4-10 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 4-11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Following the full grand opening, Elias said they will be open from 11 am-11 pm daily.
Once the weather warms up, they will open up the patio and their large windows, giving it a “beer garden” vibe.
The brewery closed its initial location in April of 2019 and moved to a new space alongside Shades Brewing in South Salt Lake.
Their head brewer, Mike Perine, comes from Real Ale Brewing Co. outside of Austin, Texas.
They plan to open a location in Salt Lake City in the future, possibly near Uinta Brewing.
They are in need of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including bartenders, cooks, servers, and hosts. Anyone interested should contact info@parkcitybrewing.com.
