Park City knows how to après
PARK CITY, Utah – Winter sports enthusiasts from across the country and all over the globe travel to Park City for its skiing. Is it truly a ski day if there’s no après? This town doesn’t think so. Here are some favorite on-mountain après favorites from the Park City Area Restaurant Association.
Timbers Bar & Patio at Sheridan Park City
The casual atmosphere is what attracts locals and visitors. With plenty of indoor and outdoor dining, stretch out, relax, and take in the scenery. The cocktails are expertly crafted, and the menu is seasonally focused.
Timbers boasts post-ski food and fun from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., daily. Plus, they often have complimentary appetizers to entice your palate.
7880 Club at Stein Eriksen Residences
For an opulent après ski atmosphere, 7880 Club is where you’ll want to be. In Deer Valley, diners can enjoy upscale cuisine with a breathtaking view. Their après menu is both playful and refined. Try the pork chile verde poutine or the soft pretzel with caraway mustard for Park City twists on traditional Alpine eats.
Enjoy après ski libations and snacks 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday.
EBS Lounge
This Deer Valley hot spot is quintessential après ski! It’s only open during the winter, has a massive patio, and is located right on the second level of Snow Park Lodge. Their menu changes slightly every year, but expect classic snacks like nachos, chili, and their take on fondue. EBS features live music on the weekends and has a giant big-screen TV so you can catch the game after your day on the slopes.
EBS Lounge’s limited après menu is served from 2:30 p.m. to close.
Woodward Park City’s The Grind Cafe
Planning a family day at Woodward Park City, but still want a little après ski flair? No problem! The Grind Cafe, located inside the complex, shows that post-mountain fun can happen no matter what wintery activity you’re up to. The whole family can enjoy pizzas, burgers, and even hearty salads anytime during the day.

RIME at the St. Regis Deer Valley
While most people don’t consider oysters on the half shell or seafood tower classic après ski food, RIME is here to change everyone’s minds. This East Coast-style seafood joint serves up fresh fish, slopeside. Grab a glass of bubbly and order the freshly shucked oysters (only $2.50 each during Happy Hour!), or warm up with a bowl of clam chowder.

Enjoy Brazilian-inspired fare at the base of Park City’s Town Lift. If you build up an appetite hitting the slopes, you can refuel with their breakfast menu, served all day! Sip on Brazil’s national cocktail, the Caipirinha, while noshing on some coxinhas (chicken salad-filled fritters).
