Founder of Park City Creamery, Corinne Zinn, is a long-time artisan cheesemaker from Belgium. She brings European cheese-making wisdom to Park City. Park City Creamery cheeses source local cow and goat milk for their small-batch, hand-made delights. An ode to Park City, every cheese gets its name from a ski run. For two years running, Park City Creamery has received recognition and awards from the Utah Cheese Awards.
Corrine sells her European-style cheeses at the Park City Farmer’s Market and relishes sharing her craft with customers.
“I love to sell at the market because it’s such a beautiful place. I love to have direct interaction with customers, and I enjoy meeting locals and tourists alike,” Corrine says.
When the farmer’s market comes to a close in the fall, Park City Creamery cheeses are available at The Market at Park City and the Heber-based cheese-making facility.
