Park City looking for land surveying and consultant services for Clark Ranch project

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is looking for land surveying and consultant services of a qualified land planning team in order to provide entitlement services and determine the developable feasibility for the Clark Ranch Housing project.

The site location is at Clark Ranch, Parcels SS-121-X & PP-26-X, west of Hwy 40, in unincorporated Summit County, Utah.
