Honey has a well-deserved reputation as a superfood. Consuming local honey has a host of health benefits and can provide relief from allergies. Burningham Bees, located in Murray, is run by dedicated beekeeper Ross Burningham. Ross sells his locally grown honey at the Park City Farmer’s Market.

“Park City has a great clientele, and they support the farmer’s market. Also, Volker is a wonderful market manager and fabulous to work with,” Ross says.
