PCMR base area development on Park City Planning Commission agenda tonight

PARK CITY, Utah. — Park City’s Planning Commission will review revised architectural and parking plan updates proposed by PEG tonight. The public is invited to listen and submit public comments via the City of Park City’s website. The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m., and public comment is expected to begin about 8:30 p.m.

PEG’s plan is expected to be finalized at the Park City Housing Authority meeting Thursday, April 29.

The proposed plan from PEG Companies seeks to develop the existing surface parking lots at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Over multiple phases, the plan includes construction of attainable housing, workforce housing, for-sale condominiums, day-skier parking, a hotel, retail space, restaurants, ski club, public ski lockers, skier services, and public plazas.
