Summit County to Host Virtual Panel On ‘Wintering the Pandemic’
SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah. — The pandemic remains a prominent issue as winter (ski tourism season) rolls in, prompting Summit County to host a virtual panel about “Wintering the Pandemic” on Monday, Dec. 7 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m with cross-county community leaders. According to the Summit County Health Department’s November newsletter, the discussion will revolve around the impacts of Covid-19 including “recovery, visitor compliance, and public safety related to communities, schools, restaurants, local businesses, tourism, and healthcare.”
