Special yoga class featuring live music at the Shop Yoga Studio

A special yoga class featuring live music will be held on September 28 at 4:30 p.m. at the Shop Yoga Studio, followed by a community potluck. The class will highlight the Audible release of The Daily Guide to the Yoga Sutras by Susan Fendler, with a live performance by Alec Soderberg of All Waves and Forever, who will introduce his soulful interpretation of the sutras, as featured in the Audible book.
