Free Medical Cannabis Card Education Event – Millcreek

Join Empathetix Wellness and WholesomeCo Cannabis in Millcreek on February 25, 2026, from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM for a medical cannabis card education event designed to support new and renewing patients exploring Utah’s medical cannabis program — with discounted access, resources, and patient guidance.

During the event, eligible participants may receive:

• A free six-month medical cannabis card, or

• A one-year medical cannabis card for $25

An additional $8 state processing fee applies.

As an added benefit, Empathetix is offering attendees a complimentary B12 injection and significant discounts on select wellness services, which may include ketamine therapy, weight-loss programs, hormone replacement therapy, and other integrative treatments offered by the clinic.

Medical providers will be available to answer questions and assist with eligibility and certification.
