Educational Event with Empathetix and Utah Med Cards

Meet with Empathetix at Utah Med Cards to get questions answered on Utah’s medical cannabis program. Patients who are referred for a new or renewed medical card by a Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) at this event can obtain a new card same day. Patients who qualify can get a 6-month card for free at this event, or pay $35 for 1-year.
