Light up the holidays: Canyons Village tree lighting and fireworks return

PARK CITY, Utah — Canyons Village invites the community to its 8th Annual Tree Lighting and Fireworks event on Friday, Nov. 29. The celebration, a hallmark of the holiday season, features festive activities, live entertainment, and a fireworks finale.

The festivities begin at 2 p.m. with a DJ spinning holiday tunes at the Airstream, setting the stage for an afternoon of family-friendly activities. From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., attendees can enjoy an ice carving show, snap photos with Santa, and take part in various other holiday-themed attractions.

A concert on the Forum Stage will add to the lively atmosphere, and guests can take home free souvenir ornaments to commemorate the evening. The event concludes with a dazzling fireworks display at 6 p.m., illuminating the night sky and officially kicking off the holiday season.

The 8th Annual Community Tree Lighting and Fireworks event continues to be a beloved tradition, drawing residents and visitors alike to celebrate the season in the heart of Canyons Village.
